Old wine new bottle is how I understand with this new laws!! What was offence in the past, cannot become legal today, likewise the CrPC and Evidence Act does not change its approach; What has to change in India is the political interference in enforcement. The day politicians stop interefering in Enforcement 90% of corruption and crime would get wiped out overnight India. But will that happen? It depends on serious thinking by the citizens. Will citizens think on these lines? I have 100% doubts.
The truth is that no-one can replace the hard work of Macaulay. Nevertheless with changing times new things can be introduced. But this govt just wants to sound it Hindi.

Hello Priya, First and foremost, I want to express my sincere appreciation for all your hard work. The knowledge you're sharing through your platform is truly remarkable and deserves recognition. I want to discuss something that's been on my mind. Have you thought about offering law courses in the near future, be it online or offline? Covering everything from the fundamentals to advanced pro levels, for people of all ages eager to learn and deepen their legal knowledge, a well-structured course is crucial. I believe your thoughtful consideration of this could have a significant positive impact on our legal education landscape in India. Your efforts could make a real difference in Indian society and leave a lasting impact. Thanks Bipin
I partly agree with your opinion but if this law comes into force it will create havoc in the society because it is ultimately made for the benefit of particular group of people, secondly the Indian Penal Code was meant to punish the criminal hence it is punitive in nature the victim eventually gets justice.
