    Real good video bud. A ton of good information for new guys to help get them started. Yeah my tags run out in January too….. I think here in Tennessee they are $542 best I remember. Hey btw…..
    Don’t know if you use any kind of a seat cushion in your driver seat or not but I bought one of those Purple brand cushions at Loves and Man that thing is awesome. We had bought one of that same brand mattress for our bed at home and I knew how good it was so I took a chance on it and they take out a lot of impact. Calls about the second or third day on the road my back would be killing me but I’m on my fourth Street day on it and it feels great. Just thought I’d throw that out there to you. Again man I know they’re great video be safe bud

      @@mr.tennessee The smaller one was like $54 and that’s the one I bought the larger one is 99 but I think it will be too big for a regular pick up truck seat. They come with a real good I guess you would call it a pillowcase that zips up and it has a nonskid bottom on it and it lays right where you put it it don’t slide around when you get in or out of the truck. It did make me feel like I was setting up too high when I first got it but after adjusting on my seat a little bit and drove it for a couple hours I got used to it and now I’m glad I bought it

    Good video man very informative just subscribed to the channel. I do have a couple questions if you get time to respond back. 1) do you pull any of the cdl loads and if you do what size truck would you say would be the most beneficial for holding that bigger weight? And 2) I haven’t seen a video yet about it but do you dead head back to Indiana to get another load or do you get a load from the reload board? Thanks

    • @mr.tennessee
      @mr.tennessee  2 года назад

      I do haul the big loads. And I have no problem doing it. I can’t really say what would be better because I never had a dually. But no problems with the 2500. And I have pulled quite a few CDL loads. Thank you for subscribing and watching the video. I dead head back. We do have a back hall board that you can get on and look. I haven’t got one yet

      Thanks for getting back to me I appreciate it, I just got my cdl and have been looking at different routes of using it. I was not sure if you might need a dually or at least a 3500 to pull the cdl loads or if a 2500 would pull them according to what there standards are for tow capacity with how heavy the loads maybe. I appreciate it though I am looking at contacting some companies soon.

    Having the weight distribution hitch is great, but does the mean every pull behind trailer you pick up you have to install the plates on the trailer before each load? Just curious, seems like a lot of work for something that would have constantly be installing and then uninstalling.

    • @mr.tennessee

    EVERY wreck I've seen due to high winds happened to single rear wheel truck. High winds can happen suddenly so a dually is the better tool.
    Did you know that using a weight dist. hitch voids the Manufacturers warranty on the frame if you drive off road? This includes construction zones absent finished surfaces. I only use one in high winds.

    • @mr.tennessee
      @mr.tennessee  2 года назад

      I have seen a few dually wrecks this year. I’m not saying the dually is not the better truck in the wind. But Highwind is dangerous no matter what. You just had to have the sense to get off of the road. At Indiana Transport they made a rule that you had to have your weight distribution bar on the truck before leaving. The dually is a better truck in the wind that’s for sure. But I have seen people push it in the wind because they have a dually which can be dangerous. Thanks for watching and the information
