Lockdown had an amazing attitude and just seemed like a bounty hunter on a mission, while Scourge just seemed like that character that has been improved in every way by his master/creator to be unbeatable and you defeated him by a miracle. Bay made Lockdown 1 of the best Bayverse villains, while Caple Jr. made Scourge an actual terrifying beast of a villain. The way he portrayed him made you feel that "Oh crap, they might not win this" Even tho you knew they were about to. Bay with lockdown and Caple Jr. with Scourge are just perfect villains in my opinion.

He's got many explosive weapons, scourge was taken down by Knightverse prime, who is 100% weaker than AOE Prime, Lockdown's ego got the best of him in the final battle, and he left his back open.
