Rocket Appartamento TCA Unboxing

A few years ago, I did a review of the original Rocket Appartamento. I will post the review below, but today we will be unboxing the updated TCA version of the Appartamento. What is TCA? Temperature Control Adjustment. Basically an integrated PID controller without a display. Will be posting a follow up video all about the TCA soon.

Hey thank you for the great vid! I just got my TCA yesterday, is it normal that the steam wand gets very hot after throating 1 milk, so I cannot touch it afterwards? I thought it is insulated?

Not sure, even insulated wands to get hot, just not hot enough to burn on.

Will this switch on if the ON/OFF Switch is ON and the external Power Outlet is switched on (for Smart home activation)?

Needs to be on something like a Wemo with full 15A continuous rating. Yes will work

My Appartamento TCA is just few days old.and this red light is blinking 6 times when i turn it on and this happened 2 or three times as for now and when i turn it off and again turn on the machine.it starts normally.
And this issue is not mentioned in the manual also ..
Any idea whats happening?

Not familiar with what you are mentioning. Mine does when the machine is not heated up yet, I think? It changes to white when its ready. possibly just recovering temperature.

Depends how busy and how many espresso drinks. Id say yes within reason
