  • In this video, we visit Michigan State University's Lake City Agricultural Research Center and talk with professor Dr. Jason Rowntree about research on rotational grazing of cattle. As Rowntree describes, the data indicate that these methods require no herbicides or fertilizers and actually add carbon to the soil while reducing the total of greenhouse gases emitted over traditional methods.
