Africa has entered a critical period of both uncertainty and opportunity, one in which leadership decisions will determine whether Africa is seated at the table determining its own future, or merely on the menu. Ongoing conflict, political instability and social complexities contribute to a slew of challenges faced by governments. During this Panel, Heads of State from Rwanda, Gabon, Kenya and Mozambique share insights on effective leadership strategies and governance practices that have propelled their countries forward.
