Hi, etrailer friends, Stephen here. Today we're looking at the TorkLift GlowStep camper scissor steps, a three-step. These pull-out steps are gonna make it really easy to get in and out of your towable or your truck bed camper. It's got a built-in scissor design, which lets you manually collapse and fold them up for travel. It's got built-in glow tip on top of here, glow tape on top of here, and the glow tape is a really nice feature for this. It's gonna light up each individual step for you to get inside at night.
It does glow in the dark for up to 10 hours, and it only needs as little as five minutes of light exposure to do this. Now, I'm gonna zoom in here and get you a better picture of that. So back here is a little example of that glow tape. I'm gonna turn off my overhead lights here for you, and now you can see that they're glowing. It's a very nice, vibrant, neon-greenish color.
And like I said, it's gonna make it really easy to get in and out at nighttime. You're gonna know where you're stepping. It's gonna be very safe for you. And I'll just pop the lights back on here. Now, as I mentioned, it is built-in stainless steel hinges.
They're bolted together. You could technically take one of these steps out if you ever need to replace it, or if you wanna add another step and make it longer, you technically could do that as well. Replacement steps or individual steps are sold separately on our website as well. The whole product is made in the USA, really, really heavy-duty product. It's gonna come with all your mounting hardware and your instructions, and it's gonna come in with these two blocks to mount it as well.
Now, up here on the top, you can pull these pins in both corners. This is the actual mounting bracket. You could pull these pins off, and the bracket would stay on the RV, camper, truck bed, or whatnot. As far as closing 'em up and everything, let me see if I can do that safely here. So obviously they'd be mounted on your camper, truck bed, whatever, and they just simply fold up. And then back here, you got this cable. Once you've got these folded up, this cable simply goes around that set screw, and that's gonna hold 'em in place for you whenever you're traveling down the road. They are rated for 375 pounds. You do need a entry height of 23 1/2 inches up to 30 1/2 inches. Now again, those steps are 20 inches wide, eight inches deep, and whenever they're extended, the rise is 7 1/2 inches long.
