Wow its post time is one day before my burthday and I would be moved if I saw this. But now I also moved yeah. It's important to know that value!
I have a lot of trouble with this, I've been at my dad's company for many years and it's difficult for me to always anticipate what to do next, also my memory is not too good.
So true!!! At my current job, we're being encouraged to take those steps and be proactive when taking part in any task to improve things in any way we know and can. Though it was a difficult mindset for me to adopt at first, now I got the hang of it and feel way more capable as a team member and as an artist!!!!
