Honestly in hindsight its easy to say but I will not say Rune prediction was that bad everybody was predicting him in top 5 . I feel people who put Rublev ahead of zverev should have their mind checked. How you watch tennis with open eyes and come to this conclusion. You honestly did great
My top 10 difference is 36, not that bad. Overall, I think I made some nice predictions, especially at the improvements Here is my top 20 from one year ago, with some comments made now My Prediction Actual place Difference 1. Alcaraz 3 -2 For me, he will always be the number one/the best player in the world 2. Djokovic 7 -5 I think I forgot to consider the olympics 3. Sinner 1 -2 can´t like him, but he is one of the best, so I just have to deal with it, i guess 4. Medvedev 5 -1 He will stay around here for a few more years 5. Ruud 6 -1 Some good results , mixed with some terrible ones, 6. Rune 13 -7 same problem as you. But i believe one day we will get it right and look like genius 7. Zverev 2 +5 don´t like him, moving on 8. Rublev 8 0 Some good results , mixed with some terrible ones, 9. Hurkacz 16 -7 That injury ruin the prediction 10. Fritz 4 +6 I feel like he did nothing different from 2023, but somehow he is 4. Good for him. 11. De Minaur 9 +2 Nice prediction 12. Tsitsipas 11 +1 It was obvious he would fall a bit. Next year will be even worst 13. Paul 12 +1 He is going for top 10 next season 14. Khachanov 19 -5 Not the best season, but enough to get a top 20 result 15. Shelton 21 -6 I was counting on more points in the US swing 16. Tiafoe 18 -2 I knew he would farm enough points in the US swing to be in here 17. Dimitrov 10 -7 I thought he was too old for this stuff. I was wrong 18. Korda 23 -5 he is always injured, shoul have take that into consideration 19. Griekspoor 40 -21 My Cam Norrie prediction 20. Humbert 14 +6 I knew he would farm enough points in the indoor season to be in here Honorable mentions: Safiullin (60), Arnaldi (37, that´s a honorable position, i guess), van de Zandschulp (80, he beat alcaraz and nadal, so I kinda get it right, no?), Draper (15, it was a shot in the dark, but I definetely hit the target) Disapointments: Thiem (obvious one, wish him a nice retirement) and Berrettini (out of top 100, I thought he would be injured, but he was good enough. Happy for him) Improvements: Machac (top 50, nailed it), Mensik (top 100, nailed it too, im the predictor goat)
@@kirby4599 For Alcaraz, Rune and Zverev, you are right, i´m biased. Other than that, I have absolutely no problem with any other player, they are just neutral to me. But show me your predictions, I wanna see something😜
Apart from his parents being 100% British Isles ancestry how is Norrie even British lmao....funny to pick on Norrie when we have the likes of Raducanu masquerading as Bri'ish.....that we're meant to accept. She's a true "global citizen of nowhere"
Can't see it. Dude has barely played seriously all year but anytime he cones in he gets far and beats guys like Fritz. His only true obstacles are Sinner and Alcaraz, on certain surfaces. If he gets serious, it wouldn't surprise me to see him get to #1 once again (I doubt it he will try that hard to get there, but it seems easier for him to get there than pretty much everybody else sans Jannik right now).
@@rodrigoodonsalcedocisneros9266 he can't surpass Sinner and I think both Alcaraz and Zverev simply play too much for him these days. He could come back at #4 if he tried but I don't think he will
@aquirick He might nit be able to surpass Jannik by year's end, but he does have a chance to do it by midyear, if the italian underperforms on clay and grass and Djokovic sweeps with those seasons (same case for Alcaraz, obviously).
My Rublo mindbase tells me he will go on a 8 match losing streak starting at Rolland Garros, and then win Paris Masters to just barely qualify
My prediction is tiafoe and rune take all the slams 2025 and end up #1 and #2. I believe it 🙏
Hell nah 😭
That WAS a lot of fun, thank you 🙂
as a novak hater it's nothing new. he achieved what he wanted .Olympics gold. he will be fine next year
You are obsessed
Where in Eastern Europe are you from, man?
Northern Europe-Latvia
You sound very Eastern European, I'd say more Balkan than Latvian. I've been to Latvia, beautiful country. Greetings from Bulgaria!
Appreciate the kind words!🙏
I think you just haven't heard a lot of Latvians speak English, so that might be the reason for confusion😁
"Djokovic in the mud" is clickbait... barely played and still is in the top 10 😂🤷♀️
Yes, that's how youtube works
My prediction sinner and Alcarez will be outside the top 20 next year at the end of the year
lol. bro has never watched tennis in his life lmao
Bro what 💀🙏
sinner not even with a 6 month suspension will be outside the top 10, let alone top 20 lmao
@@TheLiga and alcaraz?
@@BigBancoliohe was saying even with a suspension (hypothetically)he wouldn’t lose his year end position of top 10

Was surprised to see that I wasn't alone in predicting Rune that high tbh😁
They are just typical Zverev haters

you made your predictions based on who you like more, instead of who is winning the tournaments, that's why they are all wrong
Not giving you Van de Zandschulp😂
But other than that, very solid result

alex de minaur will make a slam final and win a M1000 in 2025!

Cam Norrie? More like Scam Norrie, he's not even British, at least we have Draper to be represented by a real Brit.

13:57 but this is mostly because of the Rafa prediction😂😂
But yeah your Sinner/Alcaraz/Djokovic prediction was also better.
Tomic making ao semis and going on a top 10 run lfg.
He is going on a run to McDonald's to put my fries in the bag
I have been silenced, damn you Nadal :D
