Flame art affinity + dryleaf whirlwind is really nice. That AoW is also technically a "jump attack" so can benefit from the armor pieces that buff jumping attacks and the jump attack talisman, making it REALLY strong and with no charge time unlike the palm strike. You can get a 70% damage bonus with the right talisman and flask setup, not counting other damage buffs from incantations and stuff.

With Lord of Blood Exultation, Shard of Alexander, Jump Attack Talisman, and Godskin Swaddling Cloth for constant healing from spamming fist combo up close. Flask of Wonderous Physique. Crimson Burst tear, Blood Tear for a rampage effect that also heals you constantly for 3 mins. It melts health bars...

I have a bleed build with both the punches and kicks using the kick as a main with the special air kick ashes of war, it's brutal and it makes ome of the best DPS I've seen, i would love to see your own version of that build, I'm for sure trying this one 😃❤

Something to note is that you get an insane level of hyperarmour while charging the palm blast. I know you mentioned at the beginning of the video that you are vulnerable while charging the skill, but in all honesty, you aren't very vulnerable at all lol. Give it a try youself! :) While charging palm blast, almost no attack in the game can stagger you. You'll still take damage, but you will pretty much never get knocked out of using the skill, which is insane haha. The skill usually staggers the enemy as well, so you can heal yourself while the enemy is down if you were hit while charging the skill. It's pretty OP but I love it!
That is something that i didn't know when i recorded the video bro, but yeah you are right this skill is actually really powerful, i love the skills that grant you hyper armor :D

You could buff this by using Dane’s footwork instead. personally if your using jump attacks mainly I would use raptors black coat and the claw talisman. Another buff would be to use divine beast frost stomp with it and the cold affinity to add frost buildup. It all depends on play style tbh but overall the base dryleaf arts with palm blast is mid hope this helps

Take wirlwind ash and you have something strong to build up status like bleed etc. Most content creators sleep on this new hand to hand fighting setup imo. Its new it feels awesome and fluid to play. Such a great addition to the game.
What I would do is, assuming your around 150 ... go equal strengh/dex with a bleed infusion, Divine Bird feet armor for extra kicking damage, White Mask, Millicent's, Lord of Blood Exultation, Rotten Winged, Two headed Shattered Stone, bloodsucing grystal tear with either Maleina's or maybe Radahn's Great rune. Flame grant me strength, Golden Vow is 25 Faith so that might be hard to squeeze in but nice. Dane's Footwork with Dryleaf, and and Dryleaf in off hand with Palm Blast. The Bleed proc on these are very good.
Just a tip but I would recommend making videos at lvl 150 so there there a little more feasible rather than being lvl 200 which takes an incredible amount of time for a casual playthrough

I did a very similar build to what you are asking for a few months ago, this one is unsheathe with lightning, but you can also use blackflame, bloodflame or sacred blade. you need to distribute your points on the same stats of the video, but you don't have to be exactly at 80 for example if you can go all the way up to 99 thats even better, also be sure to not skip the the important parts of the video such as the equipment and stats, cause there is where you will see the crucial elements to deal the highest ammount of damage possible :D

The palm blast deals a lil bit of more damage and has hyper armor, as i can see your build is pretty solid, so i can't tell which one is best, but definitely both options are more than reliable :D

I’m currently using cold dry leaf and it’s very good. I would recommend using it. The frost build up is great and it breaks the poise of A TON of bosses. Just beware of one thing. You have to build up the frost, so it involves a lot of close attacks constantly. Have fun!!✌️
I'm using the same build bro, i have two characters at level 200 and multiple larval tears, so basically i just respec my character with Rennalla to create a new build 😄 however to get to level 200 fast you just have to farm the albinaurics in mohgwyn palace for a few hours :D

You need to upgrade your scadutree fragments in the DLC, and be sure to have the right talismans, you can't be missing the axe talisman or the ritual sword talisman.
I have the axe and ritual , but I only do like 200 a hit, my weapon is +25 the only thing I don’t have is scadutree fragments. I skipped part of the base game to collect the fists, and I went back to finish and do no damage. Does the fragments carry over? Ur doing so much damage to malenia my whole combo does 1k

If you're kicking I would recommend the Shattered Stone Talisman and if you use the Divine Frost Stomp it'll buff that as well

Palm Blast is anything but mid. It’s basically an infinite hyper armor nuke that gets damage reduction while charging up

Quality is better than heavy btw. Like 10% more damage if you have strength and dex on lvl 60
If you have 60 strength and 32 dex its already better than Heavy! Hope this helps. Obviously any more dex points just increase the difference
