There's an easier way to get the blessed dew talisman. There's a trap chest that will take you to it. it's in the weeping peninsula, if I remember correctly.
Keep in mind for the Great Jar's Arsenal, the 3 enemies you fight are builds other players used for those fights. So there's a high chance they're really obnoxious. You can use the rejection miracle to knock them off the edge to their deaths if you're having trouble.
Definitely true, but, like…. Literally duping whatever build you have, which can easily be stupid broken if you know anything about how the build you’re going for works, is typically worth the damage buff imo, I never really had a fight I really needed a summon to tank for much longer than mimic tear does
Anyone thinking of getting great jar arsenal early.. just know you'll be in for a tough time. The archer golem can one shot you early on and the 3 summons you have to battle will not be easy fights.
And for anyone who tries offline mode for the 3 summons fight and tries to cheese them, one of them is a caster and pretty strong at melee when it has to fight close range.
And anyone who wants the cheese three of them if you can get past the golem, you’ll find a big branch to the right coming off the cliff. Summon the enemy and head to the end of the branch with a shield. Bait them off the cliff and claim your shard. Ps. It will take a few tries bc the enemies will change every-time you spawn in. Some of them have long range attacks 👍
Just a tip for the Scarab Talisman: If you use a weapon with the quickstep ability on a weapon (daggers often have it), it will be a lot easier to avoid the rot at the beginning, especially if you don't have that much Immunity :)
Love the video, will for sure start to collect these. I would suggest naming the segments in the video to match the name of the talisman to make it easier for us to search for those we dont already have. Keep up the good work!
An insane talisman for a lot of builds is the talisman you get from completing the millicent quest. It is a lengthy quest but there are lots of guides on how to do it that will make it faster. The talisman increases damage dealt from consecutive attacks and can be applied to most builds.
12:59 you don't need to open the door. Just from left go down and instead of going right on pipes which looks like the way to be, just take left, you will immediately reach a wall, facing the wall jump or just walk right you will land on edge of column and thn just drop down to floor and than follow instruction in video. ✌️
The great due is cool but since its so slow i didnt notice its effects. There were times when i didn't heal and did some things and seen my health up. But enemies in late game do so much damage they can 2 shot u frull health.
My favorite part in this part starts at 4:30. If he would have added “where you go to another dimension where all your enemies are invisible…” I probably would’ve died laughing.
I can't believe how many times I died trying to get that great jar area. It just seems there's a drop point from the top where you could survive.....but nope.
Honestly with the first talisman when I heard “the way it’s not intended” I realized I spent over 20 minutes doing parkour when I could’ve spent 3 minutes underground…
Early characters if willing to do some parkour can get the 10%physical resist Dragonshield Talisman below the Bestial Sanctum (can also grab the Chiquedia dagger which boosts beastial incantations by 10% in same location) you get transported to from portal behind 3rd Church of Marika and instead of doing Alexander's questline can just smash him and get the minor version, the "Warrior Jar Shard" for 10% attack power boost vs 15% from Shard of Alexander.
for talisman 4, you can also use the hookclaws/bloodhound claws skill and it will dash you through the rot. Not sure if its more effective than the backwards dodge, but it got me through the haligtree
Another tip for rot traversal is to use the quick step ash of war, if you have it. The rot ring also procs on you and your enemies. It can proc up to 4 times. Rotting and poisoning yourself and rotting and poisoning the enemies lol
i think the parkour for the great jar has been patched out, i went to the same location but the tree branch that hangs just above the crystal was absent
another thing like when you're going for the blood exaltations all those pillars that shoot fire you can either hit them with an arrow or a sorcery to drop them but if you don't want to take the chance and doing that all you need to do is use Margits shackle and it will drop the pillars so you don't have to get near them it will also open up any hidden doors in the walls so you're not running around smacking walls like an asshole
"smacking walls like an asshole" bahaha i love it. that's me when, of course, I see "hidden path ahead. try fingers. but hole" XD did not know about the shackle though, thanks for that!
Seriously, people get their nuts twisted every time someone finds an easy way to overcome what they're struggling with. "OMG YOU'RE NOT PLAYING IT MY WAI", "LUL YOU'RE OVERLVLED", "MAGIC IS EASY MODE", "BLEED IS OP", "SHIELD SPEC IS LAME", "WTF YOU USE POTIONS IN PVP?". Aaand etc.
Completely agree lol. 4 months later and people are still finding *OP BUILD OMG MASSIVE DMG* Like yeah.... Pretty much every weapon can be built to be OP. Unless it's just trash, or a flail (sadly).
I love your videos. But your music playing during speed up reminds me of listening to my son playing on his Nintendo switch. Not very elden ring like . Lol
I'm currently in Cealid, what are some of you guy's favorite talismans that I can acquire around this point in the game? Anyone can comment which ones they love because I want different opinions so I can weigh my options. 👏
@@ninjason57 a lot, it takes for the mobs 3 less hits to kill you, which means that for a high level boss like Omen King for example it takes one less hit (if you're a warrior) which is a very big difference in this games (reality)

Instead of talisman 1, 2, 3 etc... name what they are in the video segments. Give an explanation, a little further or show what they do, side by side comparison. Other than that not bad video
Resistances are separate from blocking and don't stack linearly with your shield, it's 20% extra resistances to damage _taken,_ so with an 80% shield it would be 20% of the 20% that gets through -- meaning technically just 4% additional reduction.
Don't know if this question will be seen on a 10 month old video but; if my DEX is already over 40, does the Radagon Icon boost above that? Or is it a waste either because it's now equal to the character's current DEX, or maybe soft caps above that offer no real value for cast speed?
The great jar’s arsenal actually adds 19% extra equip load, which can be more or less than 20 depending on your endurance level.

There’s a root that branches over the edge I’ve seen players cheese them that way.. but depends on the summons you get
Just play offline
An easier way through rot is the ash of war "quick step" or "bloodhound step"
the shabriri's woe + mimic tear trick is pretty good but I find that high level greatshield soldier ashes _still_ do a better job at tanking aggro lol

Thanks for the heads up on the Radagon Talisman. Recently doubled down on my Faith incantations. More speed would be great.

Combine that that ho restore talisman with the icon shield and it passively heals u too. So it goes up waaaay faster than other wise using only one
Dude!!! Fire cleanse me incant
But it's only like a 8% increase in spell cast time. Idk think it's worth it but maybe combine with something else itdbe worth it

I thought talisman 3 was really good so I could get past the boss I'm fighting then I remembered that it's rennalla
Another good one is the one that gives ur attacks more damage when on horse back
Talisman 8 basically gives you the guts ability from pokemon

You can just walk on the lil pieces of land so that you won’t get any rot

I somehow completely missed the chest sitting in the open for the blessed dew talisman
Having 1500 HP the blessed dew takes 750 seconds or 12 and a half minutes to go from 0 to max. Thats disgustingly slow.

Cast speed is increased by dex up to 70. So 40 is the best place to stop if you plan on maxing cast speed using the talisman. Cheers bud
