Should be roasted peanuts, some people like it with roasted peanuts
Fish sauce should be okey to use too right ?

Or use real lime juice they have that too..as for me l love it more raw and l add fresh bean sprouts instead of the noodle.
Looks delicious but for those who have gout - you need to skip the beef and oily fish as they just exacerbate the symptoms.
For sure, it has lots of sodium. It’s not the healthiest 💕
