Salat = salad
Sach = meat
Morn = chicken
*Sach morn = chicken
Like French, the adjective follows the noun ➡ Salade de poulet (Salad of chicken) aka Chicken salad.

Ingredients:
(1) -Bag of Rice Stick Noodles
(1) -Red Cabbage
(1) -Green Cabbage
(1) -Large Carrot
(1) -Yellow Onion
(1) -Bunch of Mint
(1) -Shallots
(4) -Thai chilli (optional)
One boiled chicken breast and a few shrimps
Or any Protein to your liking.
Dressing Sauce:
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Fish Sauce
8 Ounce of water
(4) Limes
1 teaspoon of MSG powder
STIR EVERYTHING AND ADJUST TASTE BEFORE POURING OVER SALAD

I just made this today. And it came out wonderful. I used a lot of limes. Definitely 4 whole limes, squeeze in with pulp.
I used about 6 ounces of water instead of 8oz.
