▪️ 1 red pepper thinly slice
▪️ 1 red pepper
▪️ 1 English cucumber
▪️ Garlic - 4-5 cloves
▪️ Shallot - 1x
▪️ chilies to your liking
▪️ ប្រហុក - fermented fish - 30g
▪️ Water 1 cups
▪️ lime juice 1/2 cup
▪️ 2 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1/2 tsp salt
▪️ 1/2 tsp msg
▪️ Roasted peanuts ( crushed )
