Surprised you don't have a grading box for a tractor goes on back I've been working for grading company past 12yrs run equipment and that best and easy thing you can use especially dragging the big rocks away

Sooo if you have bigger stones, would adding height to the angle iron, ex. ..3-4in. Heavy bolts to dig in.. fix it ?
Or am I not thinkin right ?

You sure this is how it is designed? Not upside down? You got 6 pieces of 2" angle not parallel that would each dig in and scrape across nicely. This way it seems to be only digging in the nose

Sorry but I didn't see it fill in any pot holes, leveling out a drive with alot of smaller gravel seems like it would help,but like our farm lane pulls up the big rocks and doesn't help much, fastest fix is a dump truck driver that can tailgate gravel
