I recommend Royal Skies for Blender He made whole series of tutorials how he made his models, textures, rigs and mechanics for his game They might be from older versions of program, but when he writes in title he will explain something in 1 minute, You will make this in 1 minute. Besides, he make lot's of tutorials about Unity, Motion Capture, Graphic AIs, Unreal Engine 5 and more
