If you can't speak the language fluently and you cannot mix with the locals you cannot integrate and survive. All these initial excitement and euphoria will only last for some days, after that the reality will start to bite and you will be the odd one out. That is not the place to settle and raise a family on a long term. I am blessed to be in Scotland, UK and now I am a UK citizen and I feel like a local here. Such lovely Scottish people. Please try to move to an English speaking country for a better life.
How much German language requirement over there for masters because right now I have done German A2 Level and Goethe certificate is it important or not

Depends from course to course and university to university! Mine required A2 certification for an english taught masters :)
