Don't belame you Dennis for wanting a clean shop. A shop that nice deserves to be clean. Every farmers dream All the big guys are getting spray trailers . They are sweet. Its just amazing how far ag has come in 25 to 30 years. I worked on a large crop and hog farm. Boss also had a grain elevator. This was late 70s to the early 80s. For our day we had it all , but compared to today it was nothing. Im 63 years old and lost now days 😅😂😅
That new trailer should really speed loading chemicals up.I remember clean them legs at works.I really enjoy this video Sound like next weeks going be a good week
Lots of activity for the off-season. Was very wet here in our part of N Central Ohio. Supposed to get some sunny weather 'til later next week. The typical January thaw came on schedule. That's quite a spray supply/mix trailer setup. Ought to help your efficiency for the acres/volume you use in a season.
I watch a lot of farmers. IowANFarmer(Ben) just attended a precision planting conference, but hasn’t used the system. Told him to look you up for that & the floor system you put in your new bin. Have to say putting the pit & leg in a concrete room is the best I’ve seen. Farmers have a heck of a time cleaning theirs(bc they all get water) & repairing it. Ben’s a young farmer. His story is worth a listen. Quite amazing. He lived in a camper in his shop saving money to start farming, helped by an elderly neighbor who became family. He just passed away. That video tells Ben’s story.
@@iversfarms oh good. You both are. I’m convinced that your farm has solutions for problems like sump pumps in your pit or the pit in the concrete room bc your dad & uncle are SO good at solving problems they’re always telling Ag manufacturers how they SHOULD be building their equipment to make life easier for the farmer! 😂I love it! Esp your dad’s air compressor set up on the head. I tell all the farmers to look that one up!
A good used Vacuum truck would serve your farm well, from that mess you were using buckets to clean up, or using it to clean up under the floors of your bins if you have to work on them, liquid messes, having worked with one before they're handy!! Take care from Wyoming!!
These systems are neat but I've seen too many flow meters not count right. Be sure to watch your totes so they don't suck air. I'd like to know more on how that 10k flow meter works
Reese have your seen the new Case Combines The big one is called AF 11 looks huge it's supposedly the biggest on the market They have some videos on RUclips
Reese, what’s the dimensions of your guys main farm shop? We’re looking at getting a new one bid out and I’m trying to get more input on size! Thanks!!
I’m surprised that they put tandom axle under the trailer and not a triple for weight reasons with our tandom with 2600 gallon tank with 32 and a few chemical tanks I’m over 90000 lbs

@@chrissyfrancis8952 we build the new legs on top of the ground
Great video Reese and Happy Sunday morning
Nice spray trailer. That coriolis flow meter is the best technology available, expensive but worth it.
It’s not a coriolis. Just an electromagnetic. We looked at the system but ended up going with Praxidyn because you can add a coriolis flow meter
Awesome piece of equipment. I hate to think what it cost, but I hope it saves you as much time as you expect.
Hope to see you folks in Louisville we are coming from Montana
Reese and Dennis will be there Wednesday and Thursday. David will be there Friday and Saturday

I grew up around South Charleston in Clark County, Ohio. Nice old Town. The grain business, in town is sweet. 4 to 5 dumps for trucks.
Nice trailer should speed up spraying
Nice Vid!
Blessings

I like how that tender trailer is set up, are the chemical tote holder cage custom made or does some company offer that?
I’m not sure but those came through buckeye ag
Will you all keep the titanic as a back up or repurpose it for another use on the farm? Sweet looking spray trailer by the way.
It will still be around but we’re selling the other spray trailer
Nice trailer ! Who’s the manufacturer that made that 4 tote stand ? Thats what we are looking to add to our trailer

Nice trailer Reese. So with 6 valves and 4 totes plus the inductor where does the 6th valve pull from?
Hope it makes your spraying days go faster. 😊
Possibly the rinse valve.
👍
What does the spray trailer do with the rinse water??? P.S. yall are awesome.
Shoots it into the sprayer
I thought that would be what it would have to do with it. Thanks for the reply.@@iversfarms
Well, gotta spend all that money on something. I’d rather have a new pickup and a few hogs.😎
I’m surprised that they put tandom axle under the trailer and not a triple for weight reasons with our tandom with 2600 gallon tank with 32 and a few chemical tanks I’m over 90000 lbs
There was an option for a triple but we didn’t want the extra length that comes with it
It's only illegal if you get caught.
Dennis! Being from the stoneage ! That guy lost me after the first couple steps on that computer!🙄
Lots of stuff
