    Sorry but I feel like there are many problems with this guide. For most of these I'm writing as a player of the game we're making, rather than a programmer in Argus.
    0:05 - Why didn't you start in the town of beginnings on a new save?
    0:32 - Doing this on desktop with a dagger, at night, probably isn't the best way to show how the item "turns red"
    0:52 - The party system also allows you to see where your party members are on the map, allowing you and someone else to go to two completely different places and be able to find each other easier
    1:00 - "Later it will be used more effectively for group fights" No-one in the team has ever said that party members won't be able to fight each other. While it *may* come as a feature regardless, canonically that would be inaccurate
    1:27 - You can also zoom into the map using the mouse wheel, or moving the right joystick up or down while pointing at the map. (Sorry vive wand users, zooming on the map is probably gonna suck for you)
    1:32 - (Didn't mention party members again, but they will have red icons)
    1:46 - Didn't mention that due to the nature of that save system, there is no "auto save" function (apart from one that will trigger when entering a safe zone). You will need to press the log out button every time you want to update your file, or else the progress you make since your last save will not persist between play sessions. However, we are currently looking into using VRChat's new native Persistence features, meaning that the game may auto-save frequently and won't need to change your avatar to read from/write to your file either.
    1:58 - I'd have used a potion here as it wouldn't have the requirement of needing to point at a town, then shown the teleport crystal after
    2:20 - It feels like your video cut off a bit here. You didn't mention that you were talking to an NPC or where you went, and said "you can use the dialogue menus to talk to *them*"
    2:37 - I'd summarise this as "Quest progress is not written in the save file at this time. If you rejoin or switch to a new instance, your quests will reset." Though like before, 1.6 may use VRChat Persistence, so this might not be true when 1.6 actually releases on the 6th of November
    3:11 - In both the anime and the novels, it's actually two fingers, or your whole hand in a kind of slicing motion... (though the motion is only one finger and requires you to be pointing in-game, so for the sake of the guide that is accurate) also why wasn't this done just after 0:14?
    3:15 - Where's the music going?
    3:24 - You already showed this at 2:01
    4:22 - Large weapons cannot be sheathed on the hips. They must be put on your back if they're too large. For example, the Bronze Great Axe is massive. You can't put that on your hip, but a rapier is fine as we see with Asuna putting her Rapier on her left hip
    4:47 - That is not a feature, that is a bug. If you take your camera far enough through the ground in the middle of the world and know where to look, you'll be able to see that any weapons that you put on your back will be teleported to world origin. This should be fixed for 1.6 as this is not intentional
    5:20 - You're making all that up, because that is not a feature
    6:07 - Only one person knows, and that person is Thiz (who you never named in this video)
    6:20 - So far, you're the only person who has ever managed to stress the limits of VRChat's networking speed itself using daggers which were modified by the admin panel to have 0 cooldown specifically to stress test the system. VRChat only causes latency problems, nothing we can do about that other than turn PA entirely into it's own game but we have reasons why we are not going to do that. (Though that's more for Savvy to tell everyone about, not myself)
    7:01 - As far as I know, that is not actually being developed. If it is then the best we can do in terms of blocking is against mobs when the mob is local and won't need to suffer the pain of VRChat's latency. There are ways to make a blocking system with remote targets while utilising the combat system we have, but none of them would feel natural to the player. It's not possible to physically move someone's arm IRL to react to something that happened in PA, and it definitely isn't going to be possible for the questies, which makes the majority of our playerbase.
    8:25 - I wouldn't use the term "clientside" here as that implies that "serverside" is a thing, which it is not. The correct term to use here would likely be either "synchronised" or to say that the "damage is networked"
    9:24 (I'm not a fighter IRL, this one's just a guess) - Feinting is possible, it's just not going to be the same as in real life or in other fighting games because of the VRC latency. If you looked like you were going to pierce, they are probably going to dash to the side to evade ahead of time. If you're smart enough then you can figure out which way they're gonna go and slash there.
    10:27 - You are using a quest. If you had lighthouse-based tracking instead of inside-out, the results may differ. In this case, your sword likely just lagged past the guy when the quest couldn't keep up with the speed and started guessing how your controller continued to move, shown by how your arm and sword suddenly teleport behind your back a second after your swing when it realised where your controller actually was. Standalone questies would suffer the lag even worse than PCVR-Quest users.
    12:05 - What? Weapons don't have weight yet, and even if they did, the cooldown alone is not why flailing doesn't work. With the logic you presented, a dagger would be able to do that fine, but it won't. The cooldown isn't a dynamic value that's calculated with the weapon type, it's assigned in the project manually for each weapon.
    12:52 - In other words, "if your sword doesn't hit the guy, don't expect it to damage him." Player colliders being present before didn't mean that if you completely missed, you'd still hit your target. It's just that your muscle memory is off now that they're gone. A new player won't need to worry about this as they won't have practiced yet.
    13:28 - That would explain why you kept freezing we fought with colliders on. I'd never be standing still and with VRC latency I'd clip into you which'd make the AntiCheat freak out as you were "standing in a wall" or from my collider pushing you, you'd be "moving too fast"
    13:48 - If you swing your weapon and it doesn't ever touch your target because your swing is too wide, that's why it won't hit. There's not a system in place preventing you from hitting something that's too close to you it's just physically very challenging to slash something that close to you.
    14:35 - (desktop support kinda sucks in PA ngl, things like the combat system is designed for you to have hands)
    15:08 - I think you're forgetting what the target audience of SAO is...

    it's unfortunate as a guy who's using quest 2 tryin to play this, instead I got a message that my memory is low, maybe this only works in pc

      @@JacySanjunXiao I'm sorry to hear you're having that issue, that should not happen! Maybe you need to clear your caches in VRC, or it's a different type of memory that's full. It definitely works on Quest!

      @@hiroamano4697 The vive wands do not work the same as everything else, it's a known issue, but I don't know if that's what you're using since those are old. You can ask or search in their discord for a solution.

You can ERP with a boar as much as you can with a player, with the difference being that a player would know what's happening and the boar is just trying to go about it's business without an "elucidator" being shoved inside it.
