    Don't forget to keep ya core tight too. Activate the glutes and maintain abdominal rigidity to prevent excess lumbar extension.. dislocates aren't just good for shoulders but also bracing strength

    i do these with a broom, absolutely brutal stretch/movement but it definitely helps

    I do these literally every day. I usually use a climbing strap but sometimes a stiff rod (heh heh). I would definitely add to maintain a rigid, upright posture, because people often compensate by jutting their head or arching their back.

    No joke but this actually dislocates my shoulder. What do I do? I have dislocated several times throughout my life right now

    Should I do this before or after my stability exercises? I hear that it’s better to do flexibility exercises and then stability exercises

    I think this requires too much mobility would it help to start with back on wall overhead arm raises
