I thank all who helped in the rescue of this very needy cat (including knowledgeable vets) assuring the rest of its life to be spent in a loving, permanent, SAFE, and caring house . For this cat it is a gift it has been awaiting for several years.
The love that Joker finally received at The end of his life thanks to his rescuer is very noticeable in the pictures. He loved his rescuer so much. He had a sad life that was somehow compensated at the end with all the love and caring he received at the end. Thank you🙏 Rest In Peace my brave soul🐾💕

That was a heartbreaking story but thank you for caring for and doing so much to try to save that poor, sweet cat. As a rescuer/adopter of senior, disabled, and chronically-ill cats, I've dealt with all kinds of cancers and surgical, chemotherapeutic, and radiation interventions. Sometimes it alleviates the cat's pain and extends its life. But all too frequently, it doesn't, depending upon a lot of factors. It takes courage, strength, and compassion to put the cat's welfare first and resort to euthanasia when nothing else works. What I always hope is that the human who has loved/cared for the cat will be by its side when the life-ending injections are administered, no matter how much it tears one up inside. PLEASE don't let the cat's last perceptions/emotions be ones of confusion and fear, but of familiar comfort and love. It really is so little to ask.

While watching the video, I was filled with sadness and despair at the awful experiences that so many cats and other animals go through on a daily as a result of being abandoned and lack of care. I was hoping that a miracle would occur, and his life could be spared, so no I did not enjoy watching this video. At the same time, I am encouraged by the compassion and kindness that you displayed in trying to make this poor cat as comfortable as possible, despite his awful experiences. If I understand correctly, it seems it was decided to put him to sleep. As sad as that is, it was probably the best choice. We had a dog put to sleep a year and a half ago. We had her operated on, but the cancer just returned. We realized it wasn't fair to prolong her suffering just to spare our feelings. She was 15 years old and had had a good life.
I had a 7 year old dog who had a tumour in his mouth. Despite an operation, it was so aggressive that he had to be euthanized. I left this video because I saw how it ended, and I just can't watch it

My heart saddens when I see a story like this and yes, I do understand that life is not all Rainbows and Unicorns. I still don't understand why GOD lets stuff like this still happens and I do expect to ask him someday when it's my turn to cross the bridge. It's great that he had someone by his side caring for him in his last moments that loved him, THANK YOU ALL.

While watching the video, I was filled with sadness and despair at the awful experiences that so many cats and other animals go through on a daily as a result of being abandoned and lack of care. I was hoping that a miracle would occur, and his life could be spared, so no I did not enjoy watching this video. At the same time, I am encouraged by the compassion and kindness that you displayed in trying to make this poor cat as comfortable as possible, despite his awful experiences. If I understand correctly, it seems it was decided to put him to sleep. As sad as that is, it was probably the best choice. We had a dog put to sleep a year and a half ago. We had her operated on, but the cancer just returned. We realized it wasn't fair to prolong her suffering just to spare our feelings. She was 15 years old and had had a good life.
I had a 7 year old dog who had a tumour in his mouth. Despite an operation, it was so aggressive that he had to be euthanized. I left this video because I saw how it ended, and I just can't watch it
Its a hard decision but it was made with love. Keep in peace!

I know a cat on Bondi vet had cancer, it went away and came back the second time, the kitty recover fully, love do conquers all, You're the sweetest people in the world, not into euthanasia, thank you for loving kitty, may kitty lives his best life ever in your loving home, so happy kitty looks better, I too rescued 6 cats and a handicap, got laid off from a job but I did not give up on my cats no matter how much it cost, they have one life just like us, one is handicap, I think it is cruel to euthanized just because of their illness and the cost, GOD always provides, we are here on earth to do good, love him so much until the end, I pray you will have patience, good health and long life because it is hard to take care of this baby, he needed you, he is so sweet 😺GOD will bless you, he blessed me, cat needs us people when they can't, thank you and GOD bless🙏

Personally, looking of the state of if this poor boy, eurhanasia would have been kinder, much much sooner. Sadly you cant save them all and he would have known love as he left this life ❤️
