OMG I am a 72 year old woman experiencing many of the same.symptoms .I have Autoimmune Hashimoto's and just diagnosed with parathyroidism's. What If Iam not sure if I can tolerate the hose down my nose? This is what my nurse friends says I am dealing with as well. THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL to me!!!
Bone broth, carbonated citrate magnesium supplement. Will definitely help you. Kefir milk. It will fix everything. No flour foods. At least for two weeks. One slice of sourdough bread it’s ok. Snack on seaweed. It has iodine. To drink, parsley and cucumbers 🥒 water. ✨👼🙏✨
No dairy milk. ( cows milk)
