CS2 [WORKSHOP] Update 11/2/2023

Oh yes it's happening we can now upload and download maps from the workshop
if you have been working with the new tools and have some maps you wanted to play test you can now do it IN GAME

you have to use the workshop tools there is an upload feature right on the tools
