Buy the backyard fogger for mosquitoes and go around and fog your whole yard and bushes and everything that's what I do even when I go camping it really works
It seems to me as though you've got a really good balance of knowing how long to try and sell something and knowing when you need to just cut your losses and get it removed from your house. There's finally light at the end of the dark tunnel! You've worked so hard since you've started this journey. I bet if you go back and watch your first few videos, you'll be shocked at the amazing progress you've made. I'm sure your parents would be so proud of you. Mr. Cat might be leaving fleas in your house and that's what is biting you. Fleas and mosquitos love me. Sounds like they love you too. FYI - candles - I wouldn't advise putting them on the sidewalk outside for free cause they melt. That happened to me once when I had a yard sale.

I love the scented candles and I used to buy them from rummage sales. Now I buy the wax melts for the warmers. The donation place scored on those 3 truck loads! The Salvation Army and our local donation stores had also helped the tornado victims here, so donating your items is for a very good cause that you can feel good about.

Ammmmmmmaziing accomplishments. You did such a fantastic job. Putting things on fb marketplace was a good idea because it might get it out before a sale which is fantastic. Every selling chance helps. What if you did large groups of things- example put a whole bunch of candles into a box and sell the box at one price. The same with the cleaners, jars and such. Bites on your legs could well be fleas. They'll come out in yards after a rain and hitch a ride into the house on people's pants legs. Some people are extra-tasty and get bitten a lot. Laying a wrung-out hot washcloth, as hot as you can stand, will bring relief, then use Benedryl cream.

Every item that leaves seems to be taking a literal and figurative weight off of your shoulders. Praying for you as you grieve your mom and work so hard to find new homes for her belongings.

Just a thought, perhaps you should have one room of items, full a box or bag for $5 or $2 and they can pick any items from that room. Better you get something than having to donate it all and get nothing. 😊

The candle holders that look like big icy snowballs are iconic Swedish tea light holders, I think. If you clean them they will be nice.

Could Mr. Cat have brought in fleas. Our outdoor cat did that to our home years ago and my lower legs were a mess. Had to fumigate 😩🐱
