  • This is a famous drink from Maharashtra's Konkan region. Sol Kadi is drink which is made from Kokum or Aamsol and coconut milk. Sol kadi cools down the digestive system after eating spicy food.

    I made it Varun but wiht the kerala cocum used for fish curry. Did not get the pink colour but it was brownish black.

      Both the color and flavor of kerala kokum are different from this one. I think Amazon and other online retailers sell it. Of course in Maharashtra or Goa, you can get it anywhere

      @@dhanniyavenkatasalapathy1341 it will surely taste different. I use the kerala kokum in sindhi kadi as a substitute for tamarind sometimes.
