The melody played by the keyboard is "Pishdarāmad-e Esfahān" (The Isfahan Prelude), a century-old composition by Rezā Mahjubi, and the first part of this song is based on that theme - hence the title "Pishdarāmad" (Prelude).

The music video corresponds with the lyrics for the most part, for example when he sings "I will be the wind that blows in your hair" it shows the wind blowing in the actress's hair. These are shots from famous Iranian films from different eras.

This is a serious aside with how so many young people have wasted their lives while many young people have succeeded through hard work and ingenuity combined by superb education system in Iran. There is no cinematography. Azimi has used clips from 100s of Iranian films most of which have won major prizes at various film festivals around the world throughout the last 50 or so years.

Practically all B&W images were pre-revolution. And all color imagery was after the revolution. In case you want to tell them apart since there are some people in the comments being a bit disingenuous.
Some of those films are defo worth a watch if you're ever in the mood for festival like international films. They don't make 'em like they used to, like everything else.
