    I put the 69 Cougar C9WE clutch fan on my 69 351W 4V Mach 1 with 20" rad since 69 Mustang only had a clutch fan for the 24" rad.
    Obviously the 24" rad with the bigger diameter clutch fan would be better, but my setup with 10 degrees initial timing kept my engine cool

      the 24" radiator is definitely a great add. That extra cooling capacity is a big bonus.

    0:11 I've got the same mustang, I just cannot drive this classic car with peace of mind because of the same overheating issues, I'm gonna run exactly what you said

    I font get it.
    Im cooling a 351W with an alunlminum V6 Ranger radiator. Its only 1.5" thick maximum. 180* stat.
    Put it in fir a test drive and been in there 8 years.
