  • Great news for Ukrainians 🇺🇦 in the United States!
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced that it will extend the humanitarian parole status of Ukrainians who arrived at US ports of entry between February 24, 2022, and April 25, 2022, before the launch of the Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) program. This extension will provide legal stay and work permits for another year. DHS will review each case individually to determine whether to grant an extension.
In this video, I answer the following essential questions:
✅ How to renew the humanitarian parole?
✅ Why DHS reviews each case on a case-by-case basis, and who can be denied an extension and why?
✅ Whether will there be a parole renewal for those who have already applied for TPS or received TPS?
✅ How to know if you have extended your stay in the US? How will DHS communicate the decision?
✅ How to get an extension of your work permit?
✅ What to do if your address for notifications has changed?
✅ What to do if you do not receive a parole renewal or an extension of your work permit?

FYI- you cannot send an email to gov. “The group tccpmo only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.”

Hi! Have some questions, would be thankful for your response. If a person used to have TPS and Work Authorization should she fill out same forms to reapply or it’s going to be automatically extended?

Hi! I have a question. I am living in the US with Ukrainian Humanitarian Parole, and I don't know if I have to renew it somehow. You said that it will be automatically renewed by the middle of April, is that still the case? Because the video is one year old now and I'm not sure if it's relevant. My I-94 still says that my parole ends in the middle of May. Thank You!

Many thanks for your informative videos. Could you recommend organizations, companies or people who can offer a sponsorship for this visa? Thank you not once and have a great day.
