Scotrail. Although the train you see here is in Stratchclyde PTE livery. This particular bit of track was built by the Glasgow and South Western Railway. The Caledonian Railway built a competing line to the north side of the harbour, but it was dismantled post Beeching. There´s nore information about this and other lines on the Railscot website.
It had half barriers fited to this crossing at some point (I think in 2013 but I'm not sure), making it an AOCL + B (Automatic Open Crossing Locally Monited + Barriers) And in 2018 I think, it has been upgraded into an AFBCL (Automatic Full Barriered Crossing Locally Monited)

Wow, it is interesting to see how much this crossing has changed. Great footage.
As the train crosses it stops at Ardrossan station so speeds are low which is probably why no gates have been fitted.
