120 g crushed bicuits in 30 g melted butter to make crust. Put in loose bottom pan and press biscuits mixture. Now add gelatin in little water and warm it by putting it in pan. Now add 200 ml whipping cream till hard peaks .now add 250 g cream cheese and add sugar half cup and beat it. Now add lemon juice half tsp, vanillz essence and salt quarter tsp add gelatin ( not warm) now add cream and whisk it. Now add it on top of biacuits mixture. Set in freezer.
Thanks Hafsa for sharing. I tried it, taste n decoration was perfect but Cheese is little soft…how to make it hard? Can I increase the quantity of gelatin?
