Even at the very end of his life, he had people in stitches. I saw him on Conan (see You Tube) and in typical form, a great story teller and hilarious! He is missed 😞
@@NoOne-kr4jc I agree with you 100%, Burt was GREAT & a VERY good man. However, I don't think you can compare Burt to Rickles re talk show performances. Rickles was a professional comedian, Burt was not. Which was what made him all the more endearing when he was on. He opened himself up in ways that the majority of his acting peers never did. People saw the real Burt; super witty & self deprecating, very smart & a great storyteller! What more could you ask for in a star guest? He was one of a kind and is very much missed.
Dennis Miller was the funniest show ever until 9/11. If you're fortunate enough to see his show back then or find the whole shows somewhere. anyone who has them upload them they are to great to have HBO bury them in their vault.
ppl use Jesus name as a cuss word. It never occurred to them who Jesus is ? Jesus is half man half God who drank everybody sin in the garden to take all sin to the cross. All you have to do is accept Jesus as Lord and Savior and you can go to heaven, force yourself to read the Bible, you better. This is to the talk show host
My goodness, Dennis needs to take some comedy classes. He is not funny at all. The news jokes didn't even make me smile. 😴 Can't believe ppl actually thought this sad guy was funny.
Deer Heart I loved the guy! I grew up watching him and thought he was so much fun. I would rather watch an old Burt movie than anybody else from the 70’s. Not a pretensions ass like Redford or Beaty. But he had a very self destructive nature. I don’t think he ever valued himself or his talent like we, his fans did! RIP my good man! The world is just a little less happier without him!
Just a symptom of someone who had a ton of experiences with a ton of really interesting people. Dennis could've reigned him in a bit more. But if you let Burt go, you also knew there was always a great story to come out, regardless of where the conversation went. Burt really did have an amazing life.
Burt is more articulate than I ever suspected. And he's spot on about Country Music. Thanks for making this interview available.
GREAT interview. Burt was showing Dennis how it's done.
Dennis was right. Burt was the best Talk-show guest in the history of media.
Nope... Norm Macdonald:-D

Rest in Peace, sweet Burt🎭🥀
We love you Burt. You were, and always will be an American Super Star. If you ever come up to Palm Bay stop in and say hello...
Greg Palumbo GOOD comment. Burt made/makes me enjoy films.
He was Brando with a great sense of humor and incredible charm. I think that Brando admired Reynolds much more than he let on.
Well said
Burt Reynolds is awesome.
What a great interview! Mr Reynolds at his best.
So glad I saw this...thanks Burt and Dennis!
I love Burt Reynolds. ❤
Burt Reynolds, the man.
Dennis Miller is cool, too. I like the dude
Burt Reynolds was great in Boogie Nights. One of his best movies. He really deserved the Oscar over Robin Williams.
Not really. He just sort of walked through the role. Robin really worked for it for his win.
Thanks, cb. What a great mind he was. Great movies too. His wit always shined bright. As to his spiritual walk, the LORD knows.

9/11 changed him and for the better
@@MrDuds1984 Uh, no.
Dennis Miller was clever and the only thing that brought him down was his cruelty.
Burt was one of the best. I miss his humor & most of all his movies.
Dennis Miller, bar none, is probably the smartest guy in the media. Some would distain this but Dennis Miller is a fricken genius....and funny.
Burt Reynolds is as tough as they come.
HAPPY 78TH BIRTHDAY BURT REYNOLDS !!!!!!!
Great interview.
Big star ⭐️
At this age Burt looked great ⭐️ He had a nice hairpiece for once🤣
A real man
Funny man and great guest or host
He should of went with his mothers feelings...DON’T marry Lonnie Anderson!!!!...oh well that’s history....R.I.P. Burt...you WERE a great actor!!
Dennis became much more conservative when 9/11 happened.
Hard to watch Burt usually discuss himself for so long.
miller looks a lot like a young Charles manson
😂🤣👍 However, I wish it was a cleaner recording... Just saying 🤔
when was this?
burt reynolds, great comedic talent. dennis miller, not so much.

Burt rambles on too much!
He plays to the crowd a lot RIP
