back 1985 , I was 14 then love this song along with pattii Austin's rhythm of the street very rare video , and wow produced by Nile Rodgers thanks for the upload and info
This video is a fantastic integration of 80's catchy music with the clips of memories from the golden years of dance captured so exquisitely on celluloid. I love it! I so miss the 80's!!! Thank you for posting! 😊😊
I remember this song. Brings back memories. This song played at the Kings Dominion theme park in Virginia. I think they played it just before or after the play "Gotta dance".
They used to play this song at Kings Dominion theme park back in the 80’s after the show they had in their amphitheater , I think the name of the show was Gotta dance.
Es cosa de ver el despliegue de personas y recursos de los que hacía gala, la industria cinematográfica por aquellos años. Fred Astaire, aparición breve, pero contundente. El, bailaba con el viento. Gracias Kim. Saludos a todos.-
This was played on the pirate radio station Laser 558 that broadcasted in the North Sea and played an amazing variety of music, as one of the singles they promoted. First time I'd heard of Kim Carnes. The song wasn't a hit in the UK.
I feel so much joy when listening to this 80’s song! 😍
I can listen to this song over and over and over again love it
i worked with a woman who played this on her laptop in her office almost daily . . . it always made my day! Thanks wherever you are!
This should have been way bigger than it was. It was about after this one that Kim seemed to disappear. I loved her!
so did i . . .i even submitted songs for her @ EMI
I agree 👍🎉
This song goes incredibly well with the visuals from old movies.

Been looking for this since MTV. Thank you.

Heard this song on the radio 2-3 times only. A few years later, when the movie came on TV, I heard it again and realized it was connected.
Superb voice and performance as usual Kim ❤️
so underrated

I have this chorus words in my mind that remains in my memories...
I love hearing this music again , I remember the crowd giving us a loud applaused until we finish our dance from a concert . That was during the 80's
I just love Kim Carnes and her 80's songs :)
Tocou muito nas rádios em 1985.
Terrific video; played it on the VCR so many times, the emulsion wore off.... Thanks for sharing.

What is the title of that movie at: 2:42 ?
Wild guess - "Nancy Goes to Rio"
She was more than Betty Davis Eyes
Similar to Like A Virgin album it was produced by Nile Rodgers.
Was that "Stymie" Beard at 1:52?
Sammy davis jr?
I can't take you up on that because of my imitation of dance and simulation of romance.
Bella canzone! Che fine avrà fatto Kim Carnes?
She still alive, singing and eventually realizing new songs, but not so popular like in the 80's.
Che voce e che sound🔝🔊💪
