They are sensational! They pour their heart and emotions into their songs... Larry's face at 17:06 says it all! Wow!
Well... This brings back memories. I bought ten tickets at $60 a... pop for the Winnipeg show two nights before. Saw the band go through their sound check in the afternoon, went for lunch with a few people going to the show at a Hooters... sold a couple extra tickets to some waitresses who came along that night. A few days before that, the band were in New York for Letterman. These numbers stood out twenty five years later. Edge had a cold he was suffering through... From the audience perspective, just to the right of the video screen, there was a McDonald's across the street from the stadium. The Winnipeg... Sun I think ran with a photo of Bono the next morning with his muscle shirt, the arch from the show, and McDonald's arch from the signpost. Bono reportedly kept a copy of the newspaper. A few years later, an acquaintance told me he had spoke to Dave Evans before the show, ignorantly highlighting his disappointment in Pop. He apologized that he didn't like it, but... can't please everyone?

I went to this concert . Both days. Bono came down from his hotel room and hung out and sang some songs for some people hanging out by the hotel
The only thing that sucked was how late it gets dark out vs the start time.... wish they started at 1030pm
