I would really appreciate your help as I am a bit lost and I know I can have a great opportunity. I have no audience but I have several friends who are youtubers with a large audience in the Spanish-speaking community in the niche of finance and entrepreneurship. They don't have a newsletter and I know it could be a great opportunity for them but I'm not clear about the content and the proposal to make to them.
Maybe you can insert hashtags in your youtube video descriptions, or make a landing page instead which leads to your youtube videos. Also try commenting to your friends who have large followings.

Just make engaging content filled with value and promise them something free but to get it they have to sign up on your newsletter after that you send the email with what you promised for free
Many people mess up there newsletter and as a Proficient Copywriter I just had to write them a good Email sample and tell them to use it for trial and if it converts well, we will strike a deal and i help them write there mails and sales copies.
