Steffy was off at college in London and so was Thomas so how were they involved in this I don't know. Everyone is at fault for Aly's death. They all failed her and this is supposed to be her family. Aly was spiraling out of control and no one did anything about it. The signs were all there and they just brushed it off.

That drunken tryst with Thorne which resulted in Aly being conceived is the only indiscretion Darla had. After that she never did anything with anyone. She married Thorne and was extremely happy with him. She stayed to one man unlike Brooke.

When Darla died, I remember Stephanie saying that Darla was the right woman for Thorne and that she gave him the confidence he needed to stand up to Ridge and Eric and Stephanie and demand the respect he deserved.
