@@kpopbillionaire The All-on-4 procedure requires a certain amount of your jawbone (upper and lower) to be removed in order for the prostheses to fit. Totally agree. I chose to save some money by having the work done in Guadalajara BUT I also chose the most experienced and expensive provider. My procedure won't be completed until around Christmas but so far I'm very happy with my choice.
With the exception of you (which I have already checked out), the biggest problem is the outlandish, unjustified costs in the USA. Then there are the unethical dentists who aren't even experienced enough to justify the costs they want you to incur. If I was going to pay the top astronomical costs that unqualified dentists want to charge.... why wouldn't I go to a orthodontist who specializes in implants (like you doctor)? Instead, I have to go to a DDS that went to a seminar and now performs implants and even Botox. The dental industry greed is fully living up to its reputation. I have seen an interview where you are basically left speechless trying to defend the unqualified others.
Spot on, my friend....however there are a FEW clinicians (like Dr. Choi) in the U.S. that put patient outcome before their own incomes. After a lot of research and my own finances, I chose to have my full upper arch restoration done in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico. I'm paying $18k vs. $32k. I could of had the work done for considerably less but I wanted the most experienced clinician. Suggested viewing: David McFadden (also in Dallas) and Robert Stanley (Stanley Inst. for Comprehensive Dentistry)
Los Algodones,Mexico! It's known as Molar City. It's next to Yuma,AZ. There's 600 dentists within 5 square blocks. All on 4 packages are around $11k-$22k for top and bottom arches. Wow thats great price .can tou tell ne where in columbia you got your procedure done.I was quote 58000. Upper and lower at clear choice down town brooklyn.
To follow the doctors example….if you are looking for a car and you are going to pay upwards of $50,000 then you should expect a car better than a transportation car….one should be able to sue a dentist if the implants don’t feel and look “good” immediately after the procedure is done….I don’t want to hear that in time they will adjust or they will look better after a while…I had an opportunity of talking to a dentist in Beverly Hills California, I was not a patient, I asked him why Michael Douglas the famous actor looked like he had sheep teeth( his implants looked like a sheep’s teeth) the very expensive dentist had no answer….I think if you pay more than $50k for dental work then the least the dentist should let you know is that your implants might feel bad and look bad…
It’s expensive but they have to charge appropriately. Most people have no issue buying and financing new vehicles that depreciate and this investment will be for ones life health and happiness. I love cars but my mouth is more important.
Thank you for the information on all on 4 and 3 on 6. Most appreciated ❤️🌹

@@mirrormirror444 I almost wish I had (in hindsight) I kept 2 original teeth; #'s 3 and 6 with single implants at 4 and 5, implant bridge at 7-10, single implant at 11 and a bridge at 12-14, which turned out to be more work than I anticipated. There's NO such thing as too much research !! Now I understand why people use the phrase, "dental journey"
I just paid $60,000 just for an upper all on four. Very exspensive
I paid around 13500 euros for full mouth restauration in Moldova.
60k for just uppers. WTF. in NYC its 25-30k per arch
@BG1435q They get you with the extra charges. Bone graphs. An Anesthesiologist ect
Geez, i just paid $17k all on 6 in Chicago last week upper arch. NY is crazy0@BG1435q
I had no anesthesiologist, they put some kind of sedative in my mouth. I felt no pain, just a little loopy afterward.
I would think that all on 6 would be the best solution for strength and durability. I know it costs more, but when you chew a steak, it probably feels more natural.
Where is it cheaper and done right
Spot on, my friend....however there are a FEW clinicians (like Dr.
Depending on the material you choose. I got a quote here in Oregon for All on 4 and they wanted $60k for top and bottom! I'm going to Molar City in January!@@Change6030
I only listen to 3 professionals/organizations, you are 1 & he is another 💪🏽👏🏽🙏🏽🦾
He is not that deep in the weeds, he is actually being very clear. Your speech and the way you try to deliver information in your videos is actually much less clear.
Upper lower all on 4s $21.000 got to look around
yeah i'd say that's an easy price to get for a lower
Can you share the information of where you found a place for that price?
I had 6 full size upper implants done and 4 lower implants with all on six and all on four fixed bridges and paid 9000$ in Colombia. It was the same exact procedure I was quoted 85k in the USA. Be smart save your money dental tourism is a great thing.
Wow thats great price .can tou tell ne where in columbia you got your procedure done.I was quote 58000. Upper and lower at clear choice down town brooklyn.
The pink triangle is important, I regret the 3 on 6. Huge mistake.
What went wrong with your 3 on 6?
No one wants fake gums
I look at the all on 4 as next level screw in expensive dentures.
Very expensive would be nice if dentist just help people have a quality of life by not charging so much
I can help you with that
It’s expensive but they have to charge appropriately. Most people have no issue buying and financing new vehicles that depreciate and this investment will be for ones life health and happiness. I love cars but my mouth is more important.
@@AMGbrakedancer1 billion % yes!
Especially when you can go to Europe or Central America for exact procedures at fraction of prices.
FP1- most people probably are not good candidates because of the amount of gum tissue they show when smiling
Do you know what they have to do in order to get that gum some room in your mouth you have to shave down your jaw bone
3 on 6 looks more realistic
