Hey Dutch. Actually, it seems impossible for anyone to do (myself included). Just work it for several weeks. You will find that the proper mechanics and hand strength only come with time. Hope this helps.

Hey Nate. It depends. If I am doing them in the car while driving, I will drive with one hand and exercise the other then switch (lol). But to save time, sometimes I will do both at once.

How is it that I can work up to being able to have this kind of finger manipulation. I can't seem to do the ball with 1 let alone 3, and as far as the first few go as well I can barely do the intermediate, let alone the hard or jedi versions.

What type of balls are those that you use in the second part of your exercises? Great stuff though!

How long to reach your level of strength and dexterity?
Do you do this exercise with both hands or do you vary between your right and left?
Any advice for someone with fat knuckles that can't quite pull off that first routine?
