i really enjoyed going on the walk with you and i also appreciate nature and all of its beautiful complexities. look forward to seeing more of your videos!
this is really kind - thank you for your comment - i really appreciate it 😊 i'm currently in vietnam so there may be some new environments explored shortly...
@@wholesomebotany That's awesome, super jealous. I'm in Chicago and I've traveled most of the US, which obviously has some beautiful spots but yet to leave North America. Did just make a career change to teaching so hopefully with all the time off I'll be able make that happen. Are you going to be hopping around from country to country?
That was a nice trip. Reminds me of Oregon, USA. There are some waterfalls there in the Columbia River Gorge. Getting the close-ups makes it more interesting. At 12:33 we have the same stuff hanging off the trees in the southern USA; we call it "Spanish Moss".
thank you for this kind comment - i spent some time in norway during midnight sun - an incredible place - but would love to see northern europe through winter too - unsure how id handle the limited light but im sure there's something beautiful to experience in it 😊
Hi. I'm from Melbourne. I've heard of Tooronga Falls but have no idea where it is. Is it eastern Victoria? I need to make a trip there. I felt at peace just watching your video. It made me feel like I was there. I love your positivity too. You just radiate.
it’s a really beautiful place - definitely worth spending the day down there - its south east of Melbourne - there’s a google maps link in the description - thank you for the like comment ☺️
Well isn't this wholesome, very cozy indeed. It makes me miss my old job a bit working with plants. 🪴 Best of luck to you on your adventures and am looking forward to more of this. :3
i miss my job working with plants too - why not do that again if it brought you so much joy...? why not do something that feeds your soul...? 😊 thank you for your kind comment
@@wholesomebotany Quite enjoy my current job as well, for different reasons though. And as luck would have it I can still get some, soul food, out in their natural habitat ^-^
i'll be honest i clicked on this video thinking it was going to be ai, judging by the low amount of views but seemingly very quality camera in the thumbnail and was wonderfully surprised when it wasn't ai and actually a good video
1:26 Oh my goodness. Those are some tall trees. 2:57 Those few seconds, it's as if it was during the time of the dinosaurs (not sure if correct, ha). 3:22 For mosquito bites, I put a piece of tape over it before a bump forms. Seems to make it not itch. 3:45 Wow, I'm jealous of that very picturesque waterfall! I'd definite plan a photo shoot out there if I lived there. 6:29 We are SO lucky to exist. The chance of that specific egg and sperm to have met and become YOU, is astronomical. The chance of your parents meeting, and their egg and sperm to have met that particular day/night/etc., and all through down our lineage of family ancestors, to become us; mindbogglingly fortunate. We have won the lottery of life. 9:46 Last thing: Translucent plant. I have those photos on Instagram about the translucent succulents, if you want to check it out. Goal (really, last thing, since you inspired it.): I'm going to go outside tomorrow (5:58 p.m and it's dark already), and draw a plant. :)
thank you so much for your kind comment and offer for potential collaboration - i’m still very early on with my channel but you’re more than welcome to message me on Instagram ☺️ @wholesomebotany

In seeing the first few seconds on the trail i thought mt Erica track, guess it was just the other side of the hill..
Enjoy ya plants and walks!
you are spot on - its out the other side of that big national park ☺️
Beautiful, how wonderful being able to walk in a place where tree ferns are native. Lovely

This made my inner goblin very happy. Thank you for taking us on this adventure with you!

Very soothing content. -9°C and 20 hours of darkness a day here in northern Sweden so seeing green trees and waterfalls is nice :)

Love the vibe. Recommend looking directly in to the lens instead of in to the screen. Eye lines are really important in videos.
thank you for your kind & helpful advice ☺️

I'd add capital letters to your channel name: Wholesome Botany!
Love those ferns, wish we had those in the Netherlands :D
thank you for the feedback - i do appreciate it - not that it matters but i've been purposely using lowercase - it feels more me 😊
i love ferns too - we are so lucky to exist in a world alongside them 😊
@@wholesomebotany trust me, capital letters matter more than just you.
