@@joshritchie5823 sorry for your loss. My sister lived in a neighborhood with a flamingo pink house that must’ve inspired it. Theirs was neon blue. You know what happened? When they went to sell their price group was $100,000 less than the group of houses on the other side of the street. When you go to sell you get a comparative value assessment. Because of those two houses they lost lots of money. There was no HOA involved. It was all based on the desirability of the two groups. The road split it pretty much down the middle….about 30 houses on each side. If they had just lived across the street they would’ve made money. You must live in kind of a depressed market rather than one where people are moving in
