Great video! Got me looking on FB marketplace for an engine to rebuild.
Absolutely love the builds man. Might I suggest getting some ARP fastener lube for head bolts. It's made for more accurate torques and acts like an antisieze. A small bottle will probably last you a lifetime. Might be good for the case halves as well.

Please send to Mike for free. lol There is not to much info out there on these bikes, it would be awsome to see Mike rebuild one of these bikes, especially the engine. I hope this is ok with you Mike. One day I'm going to need to rebuild my Sherco 300SEF I would defanatly feel more confident following along to one of Mike Sabo's videos...

Bro! i love your workshop is like the one i want! ahahahahha quick one, im about to buy one ltz400, but in cold start, the quad don´t start, only if you put the choke full down, and there starts, but6 when you take the choke the quad turn off, like no gas line exist? just will keep watching the video so i have the info if i buy this monster! thanks man keep like that!

what would happen if you didnt put the piston rings on with the gap in a specif way
You might get blow by and positive crankcase pressure. Might cause seals to leak oil eventually
Should have cut that lil decompression mechanism off
