@@kyourui Anime is hand-drawn and computer-generated animation originating from Japan. Outside Japan and in English, anime refers specifically to animation produced in Japan. Korra is an American production so its a Cartoon.
Gonna sound like an old lady here, but a lot has changed in 20 years. The community is more inclusive, and it's gotten huge in numbers and being able to live comfortably in your skin, enjoying your interests. The video made me smile. You're great at editing and capturing the joy and talent of so many. Keep it up. A lot of us who can't make it rely on these shared experiences to remember that they have a community to belong to. You don't always remember that, or believe there are people who will accept you for you. These cons are proof.

My favorite part of AX was 100% Neon District!!! I got to dance with the Shinobu in the vid and a Himeno and Kobeni! It was great !😂❤️

Ohh maaaan, the level of US cosplay really went up leaps and bounds compared to 20 years ago when it was just a wig, some makeup and cardboard boxes for armor, lol.

I've never been a fan when it comes to "Animecon" and I thought it would be stupid. however, seeing all different places to go visit, but it's the outfits and the creativity of their design, the time, and patience made me respect them more. It opened my eyes more on why people love dressing up as their favorite character. Hopefully in the future, I too would love to go visit anime expo.
Anime conventions are super fun to attend! If you haven’t been before, definitely make it a goal to do so at least once!
