Dry Cleaning Technology of Polluted Ballast Gravels [오염자갈 건식세척기술]

Dry Cleaning Technology is a novel method to remove the pollutants on the railroad ballast gravels by blasting silica chips or used thermoset resin chips to the polluted ballast gravels with the
help of compressed air.
The dumping of railroad ballast gravels polluted by fuel, oil, and grease cost a lot
since the dumping cost of the polluted ballast gravels is very expensive.
However, if we can apply our dry cleaning method, the polluted ballast gravles can be cleaned and reused.
Therefore, we can save the cost, as well as we can save our environment by using this new technology.

오염자갈 건식세척기술은 금강사 또는 폐플라스틱 입자를 오염된 자갈 표면에
고압으로 분사하여 오염물질을 제거하는 기술입니다.
그동안, 경유, 윤활유, 분기기 등으로 인한 철도의 오염자갈을 처리하기 위해서는
지정 폐기물 처리를 해야하기 때문에 많은 비용이 소요됐습니다.
개발된 오염자갈 건식세척기술을 적용하면 오염된 철도자갈을 깨끗이 씻어
다시 사용할 수 있기 때문에 비용, 환경 측면에서 효과적인 기술입니다.
