Great interview. I felt and looked my best while on the Keto Diet. Really have to stick to one way of eating to stay truly healthy internally and externally. Knowledge is power in dieting.

I been thanking about this thinking that, the Diet and the lack of nutrition can influence the Gut and be part of what led people to atrocity like mass shooting, it's just something that always popping up on my mind,
If We get really grumpy, when we don't Eat properly, imagine what comes to a mind of someone with very bad diet.?
