It would be fun to see some of the bonus mission targets react differently to 47's actions than most other characters. For instance, if you throw an object to distract a highly skilled assassin once, they go investigate it, but if you do it a second time, they immediately get their gun out and go on high alert, because they know exactly what's happening.

to be fair 47 is said to have a very weird MO that a lot of other assassins look down on even if they kind of admire how good he is at it
I wish kidnapping the target was a method to finish the mission.

@@Trzebiat yup! Even a challenge on some maps. Kinda like how in dishonored (At least I think you can) there's a non violent method to takedown but not kill your target.
@@james8bit420 There's a nonlethal way to take out every target in Dishonored, which I find amazing. It's an assassination game you can beat without killing a certain person.

I get she has to play the part but if there's that much money laid on the ground with a random bald dude 3 feet away. Wouldn't you be like super suspicious as a "top assassin"

Incredibly creative but for an elusive target very improbable for most. This is why ET need to be archived to replay without rewards afterwards, to find this type of strategy.
Totally agree. Though you can always force close the game to replay it if you kill the target. I experimented with this strat for some time in contracts mode on different NPCs.
@@Trzebiat Someone is doing a mod with Elusive Target replayability but IO is trying to shut down. So why not just do it themselves since there has been demand for it by long time players.
@@nickmoney I saw that you can replay ET on PC in offline mode with mods but no such thing on consoles. I wish tey were replayable.

@@Trzebiat It works on PS4 online, I reboot the console as soon as I mess up after killing the target, never failed for me.

It would be fun if for a future Elusive target they had an option to not kill the target but kidnap them for an extra bonus, like a new suit or something

imagine a target where you have the option to knock him out and take him to a van and that van served as an escape from the mission there after finishing the mission, there was a scene of agent 47 taking her to kill somewhere

Wasn’t there a scenario in hitman absolution where you did the same to someone? You literally had to kidnap Lenny dexter to force him to say something, and then basically leave him for dead no?

I spent couple hours in main mission and contracts mode experimenting with that on different NPC and also the car near the mansion plus the speadboat (though with speadboat the body slips into the water during exit cutscene). Plus some time trying to learn how to do the fetch trick as I never did it before.

This is insane but why does she walk all the way down there? Surely she sees the gun, gets her bodyguard to pick it up and moves on. I find it really confusing that she follows you all the way down to the car park
It is a bug where NPC will follow you indefinitely. Or it is a feature if u ask IOI
It's illegal weapon lure. If NPC sees a weapon and you pick it up at the right moment when he starts walking to report it to the guard he will follow you instead.

It would’ve been interesting if the game gave you the “body hidden” bonus. I was wondering what that empty truck was for, anyway.
It's probably an item drop-off location. Nothing more, since the main mission only cares about killing two targets and saving Diana (although the last step is optional, since you can jump out the balcony and run to the sportscar to finish the level without saving Diana).
Its the same truck as the pickup in miami so it would make sense

This is why I hate elusive targets for the fact that it's basically a new Target that you only have one chance to try at and I get it supposed to be elusive but I feel like it's not fair that you get a one chance at game content and then they just delete it it's like if you bought the DLC for a mission you failed all you have to buy the DLC again

I would welcome it if you could do some classic challenge like complete the elusive target with SA or SO and then unlock the ability to replay it
My hopes is that once ets stop showing up as long as you have the map you can play them again and get sa to get the suits.

It's gun lure glitch, also known as (illegal) weapon lure. When NPC notices illegal weapon on the ground they will normally go to report it to the guard (if they're civilian) or pick it up (if they're guard). But if you pick it up at the right moment shortly after they notice it and start going to report it/pick it up they and they catch a glimpse of you picking it up they will keep following you until they catch up to you to say some line like "put it down".
