Sword is basically the Jack-Of-All trades when it comes to Phighting. He has decent mobility, a decent amount of damage, and overall beginner friendly. I think you forgot to mention his passive, whenever he attacks an opponent with his primary, he gains 5 shield. And his Phinisher, the All Mighty Axle Arc. Which he can throw and explodes in 3 after 3 flashes, dealing a **whooping 75 damage** not to mention it sticks to any surface, even enemies. If it sticks to an enemy, it deals 25 damage ALONG with the 75 of the explosion. In total *100 DAMAGE* So yeah. He's balenced.
*before you read I’m not arguing* I say sword is balanced because I compare him to every other class which is usually just one type of thing that’s really good for a big loss in something else
the m1 range is nearly unuseable (i mean just compare the ranges of sword and bh) and i would say that boombox outclasses sword in everything exept potential dps and voidfishing, which is a meme (bb has better range, speed, damage consistency and hitboxes as well as other upsides when compared to sword)

I am definitely balanced
his m1 range sucks also 13 damage per hit for his attack speed is massive
he gets 5 shield a hit with that attack speed
