Also all health and damage has been doubled. For all phighters

the changes are for % dmg based like scythe m1 and subspace vulnerability to round up better, like 30% more dmg from vulnerability didnt boost the 3 dmg vine and scythe did, witch is big for phighters with lots of small dmg, it also makes balance changes about hp pool easier to make cuz before, reomving or adding 25 hp to a phighter was huge
