For the individual footballer, it looks like futsal has tremendous transferable benefit. The ability to work the ball effectively in small spaces, managing quick turnarounds, the importance of first touch, being able to manage an intense tempo and from my personal experience, the fitness demands are really something lol. From a tactical perspective, the football manager gets a more well rounded individual with superior ball playing skills.
Beautiful video! Great explaination of Futsal's basics. I hope you'll talk about it again in the future. Maybe analysing some matches. Because in this game (and also for understand how it could be useful for modern football, in particular in youth's growth) is fundamental to understand the difference in terms of space and time for the action, for every action on the field. A question: do you think some tactics, as they are, could be used by professional teams?
Thank you! I definitely want to do more futsal content in the future. And yes, I think some futsal tactics can be seen in football. I think managers like guardiola have bridged the gap with fast passing and constant movement.. especially when he managed Barcelona. And maybe the aggressive defensive high press could be linked to how futsal teams defend
Most of history's greatest players from Brazil, Argentina, Spain and Portugal have background from futsal. All the Brazillian greats accept Romario (he started playing futsal after he retired :) Messi, Maradona, C. Ronaldo, Zidane, Xavi..the list is very long.
Great content! You might try in the future to analyze/show some tactics move from the actual game, something like short clips that are related to the positioning/moves that you just explained and such. Looking forward to the more futsal videos!
Initially we played the 2-2 but didn't really achieve much success with it. from when we switched to the 3-1 and started to understand some of the rotations then we looked a lot better, winning the league and the cup!
most of the greatest south american footballers started playing futsal at a very young age, is where they develop their tecnical skills. Messi ,Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Neymar, Romario

Lol you're right about the fitness demands, futsal is a killer! It's definitely a sport that should be included for any young player's development
We need a lot more videos on futsal formation and tactics like this! Keep up the great work! ❤
High quality video, keep up the great work!
Great video and I agree with the other comments, I think some real match analysis would be great to see these tactics in action.
Thank you, I'll make sure to do so in future episodes

A lot of brazilian players have a futsal background. You can find videos of Ronaldinho, Neymar and other players playing it in their childhood
Not anymore, neymar the last one left

Great video 💙🔥

Thank you! Yes that's a great idea, in future videos on more specific tactics I'll add some clips from matches to help illustrate!
Advanced tactics please! Just started amateur futsal and I'm learning alot.
Wissam Ben Yedder also played futsal before starting regular football. He even went as far as playing for the french futsal NT.
Basicly all the brazilian legends played futsal when they were younger
so futsal key is chemistry and individual skill, not much advantage from tactical approach as i see so far, idk pls enlighten if i wrong
With your own experience of playing futsal, which formation did your team play the most or which formation did you find was most effective

I do love this video
Never knew Futsal was this complex
Great
Fixo, Ala, Pivo are the more common terms. I never heard anyone say "back pivot" its always Fixo.

Not Romario. He is actually the only one of the great Brazillians who didn't play futsal.
Imagine 😍
Give us more footsal tactics boss
Falcão was a winger
🥳💗💃
Killman was a bad example
