    Great video, as a Brazilian who grew up also playing Futsal this is absolutely true and and confirmed! One thing you forgot to mention also very important difference: in Futsal, you are in action inwould say roughly 60 to 70% of rhe whole time! In a football pitch you would have at most maybe 5% action! This is one of the major differences as well!!

    fo me the biggest differce is always the ball. We are playing everytime on futsal field with futsal ball. This ball is so good for dribling, its keeping on my shoes like magnetic and when it falls down, the ball is not jumping, because is heavyer. But then if You go to play footbal on normal football pitch, with classic ball ... Its totaly different :-D ..You futsal habbits doesn´t work. So be care carefull if You´re changing sports :-D

    Hey, what's the best way to transition from futsal and 7 a side soccer to 11 a side? I've been playing futsal all my life and can dribble past my opponents with confidence. I started playing 11 a side from 4 years ago and still having a hard time to have that same level of confidence. Players that I can easily dribble( by that I mean nutmegs, scissors, body fake etc) while playing futsal and 7 a side are really hard for me to dribble them while playing 11 v 11. Pls help a brother out.

    • @ghourmi
      @ghourmi 3 года назад

      I have the opposite problem. I have a feeling that your timing to dribble is different in futsal. There is less space, you need more abrubt moves in futsal.
      Football dribbles are more about body movement.

    • @sittthwezaw854
      @sittthwezaw854 Год назад

      I use to have the same problem too. People would argue with me but i feel like these two are completely different games. I have to develop a lot more strength to be able to dribble. Futsal is more about skill while football needs skill + more strength. And also tactics are very different. In futsal we use a lot of quick, short passes while in football, a lot of long passes involved. That’s one thing I struggle at first.

    Respectfully, your title in no way describes the content of the video. In fact, at the end you even say this yourself, directing viewers to read articles if they “want to know the differences.” Your video makes great points; perhaps if it were titled more accurately, you would get more views bc the new searchers who are looking for why futsol helps your traditional outdoor soccer game.

      massive difference, football shooting requires more precision and maybe less power. in Futsal u shoot with more power then usual to try and beat the keeper instead of aiming for a far corner with a curler. forgot to mention toe poke is defo one of the biggest difference for a shooting technique
