    You should look into the Black titanium subframe to trellis bolts that Podium Racing makes for the Monster, they look much better then the stock heavy silver one. They also have matching ones for the bottom rearset bolts as well as the seat cowl bolts.

    • @ClutchFirst
      @ClutchFirst  8 лет назад

      +Other7777 Awesome suggestion! I've found these all Carbon Fiber Subframe that's pretty dope. If I were to upgrade, that would probably be the ideal way to go for me. Thank you for watching and supporting the channel. :)

    One thing I do is push the original bolt out with the new rod. Use a jack stand on the sump of the engine to gently support the engine. The jack makes it easy to adjust the height in case you need it just a hair higher. In a perfect situation, the rod shouldn't even need the mallet to slide through.

    • @ClutchFirst
      @ClutchFirst  8 лет назад +1

      +MotoErgoSum Its funny you say that, I ended up using a jack to hold the engine midway. Great tip! :)

      It should fit the same way. Hit up www.motovationusa.com/?ldid=clutch1st and use discount code ‘clutch1st’ to save some cash. You might have to get the EvoTech version.

    Bro what is your take. I have the 821 and I'm debating between the speedy moto and these.

    • @ClutchFirst
      @ClutchFirst  8 лет назад +1

      To be honest with you, Speedy Motos are a very good/reliable brand. However, I'm going to recommend the motovationusa.com Sliders. They've been in the business/field testing their product line for a long time not to mention the customer service is on point. I have yet to get any bad feedback from any of my referrals. Let them know you came from this vid and they'll hook you up. Use the code 'clutch1st' for free shipping.

    • @Jcampbell4321
      @Jcampbell4321 8 лет назад

      CLUTCH1st bro i ordered them but forgot to use the code I'll email them and let them know you sent me. I didn't know they were a local shop so that was my deciding factor! I feel like they're gonna be sick

      Nah, it's funny. Definitely wouldn't want to use a 1/4" drive on the job. 1/2" would be overkill. It'll give newbies something to look up. Hell, I should do a video about tool basics.

    Mike, did you receive remuneration from this company? Because if you did, not having acknowledged it, it really hurts your credibility. Indeed, it also violates FCC rules. For some reason, ordinary people want to know if someone has received remuneration, in money or product, when that person plumps for a product. Isn't human nature amazing.
    If your answer is yes, I will be making a point of not buying this company's products, and I will put your channel on "credibility problem" status.

    • @ClutchFirst
      @ClutchFirst  8 лет назад

      +Moto Guzzi Hey dude, I always buy my parts from them and I have been very happy with their products and customer service. So, I thought it would be nice to give them a promo and shout out. =) But I appreciate you giving me a heads up. I really am just a happy customer. Similar to my walkaround vid, many questioned where I bought my Rizoma partts and it was all purchased from MotovationUSA. On that video, people actually thought I was sponsored by Rizoma, but again all were purchased by me. Thank you again for the heads up.
