As blankets for shelters, make most of it… Trash for you can be re use no problem… Less « stuff » for the dumps.. i feel sorry for what can be re use, repair, re love..
Oh yes, it was the album "Animals" and the Battersea coal-fired power station in London was pictured on the cover, as well as on the shoes. The song on which the title is based was called "Pigs on the Wing"... even if I ever forgot my name, the Pink Floyd titles are burned into my memory! 🙂
Egg cartons or muffin tins are also great for sorting nuts/bolts, etc. Jeff Burrows from Tea Party (also a member of Crash Karma) is local to our area. He was born in Windsor, On.
Those Pink Floyd converse are from the LP Animals! That is really cool! I think you'll get your money back on this one. There are gems all over the place!
Cool! A Curiosity video. I feel bad for the folks that lost their stuff. But it's super cool of Alex to try and get the peoples family photos back to them 😊
Loved this and I had an idea 🧐 you can frame the concert shirts with their corresponding ticket and sell it for more that way 😅 idk just a thought I had ❤
Back in July 1994, I went to Toronto, Ontario at the CNE to see Pink Floyd. I kept the ticket stubs & bought some memorbilia stuff. I bought their booklet, which is in mint shape. I read a long time ago, that the Ticket Stubs are more valuable than the book. It was "The Division Bell" Tour
It's always good to see both of you in a chat ,pianos well Only one thing to do with them , take them apart .lots of old wood, parts, ect. Lots of work .
That Pink Floyd album is Animals, one of their most under-rated albums ever. It's my fave, I love Pigs best. It's an anti Thatcher album, so rather on point for this current era.
I had the original LP and someone decided they liked it better than me I guess. Had a hunch who did it but could never catch them with it. Love Pigs too. I'd love to have the shoes even though they wouldn't fit me.
Nice finds, especially the old Honda CB360. As far as I can see it's the "T" model, CB360T, with the disc brake on the front wheel, which make it the more favourable model compared to the basic CB360 with drum brakes on both wheels. I hope you find the rest of the parts in one of the boxes. 👍
I rode a mid 70s Honda CL-360 twin. Same pretty much as the CB-360 but the exhaust came up the side like a trail bike. I think the suspension may have been a little different for off road. Great bike, drove it thousands of miles.
WOW! Another Great Video Alex. What a great storage unit. 👍👍👍👍 Loved every minute of it! ❤❤❤❤❤ As always, May God Bless you & ALL of your loved ones ALWAYS. ✝️🙏✝️🙏✝️
Hey Alex , I drove Dog Fashion Disco on a european tour one year , I used to drive band buses . I have a drumskin signed by the whole band , keep it on the wall these days and I've still got a huge collection of band T shirts . Great to see another video from you
I'll I always like watching you are videos. I know this is a delayed video because you're talking about house of piano. Hurt your back and it's a video I watched earlier. I hope your recovery now.😊
Well you know the saying: One man's trash is another man's treasure, or vice versa. We all save some things that don't mean a thing to anyone but us, you just never know. Have a great day
If only a small amount needs to go to the trash, would it not be easier just to fill up the truck and take it home, then take what is trash to the dump so you dont have to go back and forth... unless of course you have more than one truck load... great video... thanks for showing!
All the lamps and electronics and other appliances you can recycle. As is for tin prices. The metal filling cabinet you would have got 100 for alone . At any recycle plant in usa
Ya for the new video. I'm now super curious about the band shirts and patches. The patches are worth something to a collector. The classic problem with patches is they get remade by so many companies it gets really hard to tell the genuine from the remakes. Will there be a Kastner Auction on the things found in the storage unit?
That piano was probably going on at least forty years old, so I read they start to degrade at that point if they aren't maintained. I'd guess some of the antique ones were probably made of much better materials. Were you able to dispose of it? I understand it's quite a problem. Sometimes they can be broken down and recycled but the components need to be in good shape. Or you could do a Josh and make a "piano bar" out of it. 😆 What ever happened to that, anyway, did you give it back to him? I wonder if full sized pianos and organs will eventually not be made?
It's always great to look over your shoulder as you sort through random stuff!! Thanks for letting us join in the fun. 🙂
You are so welcome!
Love those chairs !
My husband doesn't even watch these videos, but he heard your voice from the other room and said "Alex Archibald, good dude."
Say hi to him for me! :)
That made him laugh!@@CuriosityIncorporated
You know its a good Saturday when Alex publishes a video!
Sunday morning here
At 20:39, the thread is not just thread but collectible wooden spools the thread is on. Now the spools are plastic.
Oooh, wooden thread spools!
Anybody else do 'jazz hands' on the last note of the intro music or is it just me? 😂 Great video Alex xxx
I do
interesting finds!
Your local animal shelter might want those stuffed animals if the resale shop won't take them. That picture can be digitally restored.
As blankets for shelters, make most of it…
Trash for you can be re use no problem…
Less « stuff » for the dumps.. i feel sorry for what can be re use, repair, re love..
teapots without lids make great bird houses. I have several hanging in my trees
It always amazes me how people pack to store things just stuff tossed together
Thanks for letting us join in the adventure😀👌💜
Well Alex, you know the old saying: One mans trash is another mans Treasure. What you kept is the true treasure. I love the Beatrice Potter find
Beatrix
Love going on adventures with you. Always anticipating what’s next.
Yay! A new video. I love the "free" RV videos. Actually, I love all of Alex and Melissa's videos.
Nice Pooh drawings!

Alexander, when you pulled those wooden boards out, I thought about Josh. As you know, he's always looking for wood to repurpose.
Cool! A Curiosity video. I feel bad for the folks that lost their stuff. But it's super cool of Alex to try and get the peoples family photos back to them 😊
That’s the thing buyers do…return personal papers and photos. Anything personal.
Loved this and I had an idea 🧐 you can frame the concert shirts with their corresponding ticket and sell it for more that way 😅 idk just a thought I had ❤
That's actually a really cool idea 💡!
Once you're done sorting Alex can you show us the concert shirts you found. I would like to see them.
You are fabulous and I am so happy for how far y'all have come with doing this. Tickets were way cool!
You are so cool Melissa you are so great!!
Wow! That would be fun to rummage through but I hope you didn’t hurt your back,Alex!
Great content!
Always enjoy watching a good Storage Unit clear-out video!

1000# of trash. You realize you LIFTED all that weight and THEN the keeper things too! What a workout. I enjoy treasure hunting with you!

Great finds, hope you make a profit🥰
You know what they don't say. "One man's treasure, is another man's trash."
Nice storage locker video.. I love going through other people's stuff.
I just donated my discman. It had AM/FM too. I should have kept it.
That was from the Pink Floyd Animals album.
You found some Pooh, everybody loves Pooh🥰

that chopping board looked like it had been made into a jig for something .

Fantastic finds!!! 🥰❤️🇨🇦🎶🎶🎶
I had a Honda 360 when I was in the Air Force in the early 70s. Great trail bike, almost too big for the South Carolina 'swamps'.
I think the blue trunk is from the early 80's sold at KMART.
I had one just like it.
That Pink Floyd album is Animals, one of their most under-rated albums ever. It's my fave, I love Pigs best. It's an anti Thatcher album, so rather on point for this current era.

Pink Floyd shoes?? Yes puhleeze!!

Get some heavy magnets for under that baking pan and magnetize it when sorting ❤️❤️❤️

Those chairs are nice. I would have put new legs on them.
Fun as always. Keep inspiring.
Wow, this was a cool unit! The people who owned it seem like cool dudes/dudettes.
Thank you Alex love to go on these little adventures with you
Wow I have the exact same metal detector here in Australia. Nice find.
Got a bit excited to see some of those concert tickets! Big fan of The Tea Party here 🙏❤️🎵🎵🎵 - and anything Grunge Rock actually

I'll I always like watching you are videos. I know this is a delayed video because you're talking about house of piano. Hurt your back and it's a video I watched earlier. I hope your recovery now.😊

Like the motorbike cant wait till you clean it up if possible
Awesome work
Great as usual Alex
Very cool, Pink Floyd wish you were here chucks!

Nice collectionn
Glad to see you in the new sorting area and out of the garage.
Awesome again 🎸🎸🎸🎸
.... wish I was there to help .... well done
This one needed Jason muscle 💪.
See you using your new facility.
Looks like an original “ Woody”!
Enjoyed,
Hello! I see a good return on this unit. I'm looking forward to the next event.
What interesting stuff. I love the Pink Floyd converse!!
That "Pink Floyd" album is "Animals", and it does have a pig flying on it.
I was most excited about the Wii too... I have a nice little collection of video games and consoles.
The Pink Floyd album in question is "Animals". Pigs on the wing...
All the lamps and electronics and other appliances you can recycle. As is for tin prices. The metal filling cabinet you would have got 100 for alone . At any recycle plant in usa
We play on our Wii. Especially Mario kart. And my grown up kids play all those funny original games together.

I was wondering that too. There's not much stuff there, but I don't know if there's a minimum amount they'll take or whatever...?
Happy Thanksgiving! Be kind to each other. Stay safe. Love to all
Make sure you go through that questionable material. There's definitely a collector's market out there some of that stuff can be quite valuable.
‼️‼️i love the Smurf’s. Smurfette ❤❤❤. I take it.
I always wonder why these units were abandoned....the human story.
Perhaps somebody had to move in a hurry, repossession, illness, death so dumped stuff in a storage unit but that did look a bit of a mishmash.
That piano was probably going on at least forty years old, so I read they start to degrade at that point if they aren't maintained. I'd guess some of the antique ones were probably made of much better materials.

Alex the pink floyd shoes are from the album Animals
